I found the hotel is four minutes from High Street Kensington station. This station includes Mark's and Spencer to purchase food and drinks as your room is equiped with a fridge and kettle. The hotel provided complimentary tea, coffee, milk, and sugar. Kensington Palace is only eight minutes away. The underground station has eateries nearby.
The young wait staff seemed a bit inexperienced at the Bugis Resto.

Bugis Restaurant has good Singaporean food. I did not sample the hotel restaurant as I ate out. The hotel offers a Singaporean restaurant with acceptable food, but it lacks a refined atmosphere.

The location is central, near an underground station. The hotel is near to many shops for clothes, shoes, and cosmetics. The area includes supermarkets, post office, and bus access.

The reception team greeted us with happy anniversary wishes. I want to thank Rida for sorting everything out. Murugan gave good service and arranged late-night food for us. Hannad Khan from reception sorted a parcel for me in particular.

leaky shower buttoncracked ceiling
I was quite disappointed! Our check-in faced delays, and the room felt quite dated. The bathroom needed a serious upgrade, I noticed loose water taps, a leaky shower button, and cracked ceiling above the mirror! there was mould in the top corners, it was pretty bad.

i found the check-in and check-out processes quick and easy. the hotel's location is convenient, about five minutes from kensington high street and the underground station. the bed was comfortable and i appreciated having connected rooms for my family.
the hotel parking app quoted a higher rate than initially stated and i found the reception staff offered little assistance with this issue. this resulted in an unexpected additional cost.

my superior double room was super clean and well-equipped with all necessities! the bar area provided a relaxing atmosphere after a long day.. the breakfast selection was fantastic, offering plenty of options to start my day right. the friendly staff was always available and willing to assist with a smile.
the gym equipment could benefit from a little update to maintain the overall quality..
